Kitchen preparations are being made for our SHC chefs

I’m looking forward to meeting all of my students next week, getting to know them, and cooking with them. I am finalizing our schedule of activities, which includes plenty of field trips, discussions, debates, multi-media presentations, cooking and eating. As those details fall into place, I will make updates here and publish the permission slip which parents will need to fill out and student will need to hand in on our first day of class on Monday, June 29th.
